Jaelynn Horton is the founder and owner of Dance Fam, an adult dance studio built on the belief that everyone deserves a place to learn how to dance. In just over a year, she has grown Dance Fam from an idea into a thriving community largely through the power of organic social media, growing an audience of over 75 thousand people across platforms and turning content into a powerful driver of business growth. In this session, Jaelynn will share the social media strategies that helped build her business, including her 60-30-10 attract, nurture, and sell content framework, creating strong hooks that stop the scroll, showing up consistently, and learning how to deeply understand and speak directly to your ideal audience. Attendees will leave with practical tools to create content that connects, builds trust, and ultimately turns followers into customers.

THIS ISN’T A CONFERENCE- IT’S A ROOM FULL OF WOMEN READY FOR MORE
No stale rooms.
No forced networking.
No surface-level conversations or content that sounds good but changes nothing.
This is a different kind of space—one where connection feels natural, conversations go deeper, and you leave with more than just notes. You leave with clarity, relationships, and real momentum.
And here's the best part: you don't have to show up in "presentation mode."
No need to dress up.
No need to have the perfect elevator pitch.
No need to pretend everything is going great.
Come as you are.
Share your business.
Share your wins.
Share your struggles.
Ask the questions you've been carrying around.
Be honest about where you are and where you want to go.
Maybe you love your business but feel a little disconnected from it lately.
Maybe you're ready to take things to the next level but aren't sure what that looks like yet.
Or maybe this is the year you finally step into the thing you've been thinking about for a long time.
Wherever you are—you’re welcome here.
This is for the woman who wants genuine connection, aligned growth, and support that actually feels supportive. The one who's ready to be in rooms where collaboration replaces competition and growth feels expansive—not overwhelming.
If that feels like a yes... you're in the right place.
